CardSync is a surgical supply intelligence application that connects to Epic EHR to help hospital OR departments keep preference cards accurate and supplies ready for every case.

What CardSync does -  CardSync reads the surgical schedule and cross-references it against supply inventory to ensure the right items are available before each case. Over time, it learns what each surgeon actually uses and surfaces preference card update recommendations to the materials manager — so cards stay current without adding work for OR staff.

• Appointment.read — surgical schedule (read-only)
• ServiceRequest.read — procedure metadata (read-only)

CardSync does not write to Epic, does not access patient records, and does not store any patient-identifiable information outside the hospital's network.
